The partner-in-charge of the tax team, William holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Political Science from the University of Ghana, a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law, a Certificate in Business Tax and Modernizing Tax Administration from the University of Pretoria and a Postgraduate Certificate in Legislative Drafting from the Ghana School of Law and the Commonwealth Secretariat. He was called to the Ghana Bar as a lawyer in 1998 and specializes in Tax Law. 

William has worked for a considerable number of years with the Internal Revenue Authority and the Ghana Revenue Authority as a tax lawyer responsible for the negotiation of tax treaties, as well as a specialist in the tax aspects of Bilateral Investment Treaties. Additionally, he is also a specialist in tax legislation and played a major role in the drafting of the new tax laws for the Ghana Revenue Authority. He has knowledge in transfer pricing and was responsible for the mutual agreement procedure with respect to tax dispute resolution.
